Creating partnerships between our business and local logging operations to seed native plants in logging sets. Utilizing the cleared areas used for logging sets to create habitats for wildlife and support pollinators.

Over the last few years, we have begun to focus more on Arkansas Native species. Working with Audabon Arkansas, we currently have 2 acres of native wildflowers growing at our nursery. With plans to expand in the near future.
Natives and Perennials
We are growing a variety of native wildflowers and other perennials in our greenhouses. These will be available at our nursery in the spring. If all goes to plan, we should have a variety of coneflower, rudbeckia, coreopsis, green milkweed, compass plant, rattlesnake master, bee balm, yarrow, dandelion, herbs, and more.

Find a place for your seeds ( back yard, flowerbed, field, etc.)
Prepare your area. (I used a tractor and heavy tilling for this very large area, because we had a lot of big plants that would compete with our seedlings. The less competition from other plants and the more seed to soil contact, the better)
Now that it’s all cleaned up, time to plant
I like to mix my seeds with vermiculite to help spread them. You can use any medium you would like (sand, cat litter, dirt, etc)
Combine seeds and medium.
Mix well.

Spread your seed mixture in the area you have prepared. Water the planted area or plant just before it rains.
Now for the hard part…. wait for your seeds to grow.
